Dottie's Butter Frosting

3/4 cup butter
1/4 cup Crisco
1 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups Confectioners sugar
2 tablespoons milk (or 1T milk and 1T liqueur for different flavor)

Cream butter and Crisco together. Gradually add sugar. Add milk and vanilla.

Beat till fluffy.

Use this on the Birthday Cake for the potluck dinner after the Christmas Pageant.
