Zucchini Chocolate Cake

1/2 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1/4 c. baking cocoa
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4-1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2/ c. sour milk
2 c shredded zucchini
1/2 c. chocolate chips

Cream butter, oil, and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Combine dry ingredients and add to creamed mixture alternately with the milk. Mix well. Stir in zucchini. Pour into greased 13x9 pan. Sprinkle with chocolate chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick inserted near center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack.

Yield: 12-15 servings.

Make sour milk by placing 1 1/2 tsp white vinegar in measuring cup and add milk to make 1/2 cup.
