Maple-Glazed Stuffed Pork Roast

I wanted a new, easy pork roast glaze with ingredients that I had on hand. I ran across this video, tried it and loved it. I did not butterfly the roast, though. That is for next time. But the glaze was wonderful. I added the mashed potatoes and applesauce (homemade, of course) as she suggests (and which I normally do anyhow) and it was a great supper.
